The 2024 Virginia Healthcare Workforce Summit will focus on opportunities to invest in, realign, and refocus our efforts to support and strengthen the healthcare workforce of today and tomorrow. Topics will include strategies for attracting and retaining talent in the post-pandemic workplace, effective strategies for promoting employee well-being and safety, streamlining processes with rapidly advancing technologies including Artificial Intelligence, and upskilling and career advancement opportunities as a win-win for the workforce and employers.
This is a virtual event that will include opportunities for participant engagement through the Cvent platform.
